Before You Start

A Short List of Prep Work

Have these ready before you open the IPN settings. The whole connection only takes about 10 minutes.

  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • An aMember installation with admin access.
  • Your aMember API key and URL.
  • The Digistore24 product IDs you want to connect to aMember memberships.
  • Corresponding aMember product IDs or membership levels.
How It Works

From Payment to Member Management in Seconds

The integration runs through Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 sends the transaction to aMember, and access is updated automatically.
  1. Step 1

    Order Placed

A customer completes checkout through Digistore24. The payment is processed, and the order is approved.

  2. Step 2

    IPN Fires

Digistore24 securely sends order, line items, and customer data to aMember via secure IPN.

  3. Step 3

    Member Account Is Updated

aMember automatically creates, updates, or adjusts membership access based on the transaction status and sends the login details to the buyer.

Setup Guide

Connect aMember in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

  • 1
Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.
  • 2
Pick aMember From the List Choose aMember from the preconfigured systems. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just need to plug in credentials.
  • 3
Drop in Your aMember Credentials Paste your aMember API key and URL. Treat the API key like a password—don’t store it anywhere it can be recovered if leaked.
  • 4
Map Your Products to Memberships For each Digistore24 product, enter the matching aMember aMember List ID or Campaign Token where buyers should be added.
  • 5
Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or customer groups. Skip this to send everything by default.
  • 6
Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, drop in an email address for error alerts, and hit Save. Click Test connection. A green check means you're live.
A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it creates an aMember account with the right access, and then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.
