The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the order to JetPack, and JetPack takes it from there.

Setup Guide

Connect JetPack in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

Pick JetPack From the List Choose JetPack from the preconfigured systems list.

Enter Your JetPack Credentials Paste your JetPack API credentials into the fields to authorize the connection.

Map Your Products to JetPack SKUs Match each Digistore24 product with its corresponding SKU inside JetPack so orders route correctly for fulfillment.

Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.

Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.

A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it lands in JetPack with the right SKU, and watch the fulfillment process. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one Digistore24 product fulfill multiple SKUs?: Yes. In step 4 of the setup, comma-separate the SKUs in the Product SKU field. JetPack receives each as a separate line item on the order. That's how kits, bundles, and free-plus-shipping samples are usually handled.
What happens if a customer refunds an order?: The order status in JetPack remains unchanged. You will need to manually cancel or adjust the order within JetPack's system if it has not yet shipped. Digistore24 does not automatically cancel fulfillment orders.
Why is my test connection failing?: Most of the time, it's a typo'd API secret or a SKU that doesn't exist in JetPack yet. Re-paste the secret, confirm the SKU shows in JetPack's product list, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
