Before You Start

A Short List of Prep Work

Have these ready before you open the IPN settings. The whole connection will only take about 10 minutes.

  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • A GetResponse account with an active email list.
  • Your GetResponse API key (found in Integrations & API).
  • The list token for your target GetResponse list.
  • Your DS24 product list is ready to map to GetResponse lists.
How It Works

From Purchase to Customer Engagement in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the customer's email and purchase details to GetResponse, instantly adding them to your target subscriber list.
  1. Step 1

    Order Placed

A buyer completes checkout on your Digistore24 funnel. DS24 captures payment and clears the order.

  2. Step 2

    IPN Fires

Digistore24 instantly posts the buyer's data to GetResponse via secure IPN.

  3. Step 3

    Contact Added to GetResponse

GetResponse adds the buyer to your chosen subscriber list, triggering your automated welcome email campaigns immediately.

Setup Guide

Connect GetResponse in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

  • 1
Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.
  • 2
Pick GetResponse From the List Choose GetResponse from the preconfigured systems. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.
  • 3
Drop in Your GetResponse Credentials Paste your GetResponse API Key (found under Integrations & API in your GetResponse account) and target Campaign Token.
  • 4
Map Your Products to Campaigns Enter the campaign token or list name for each Digistore24 product to ensure buyers are segmented correctly.
  • 5
Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.
  • 6
Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, drop in an email address for error alerts, and hit Save. Click Test connection. A green check means you're live.
A Pro Tip

Start With One Audience Segment First

Connect a single product, verify buyers land in the correct list, then expand to the rest of your offers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In step 4 of the setup, you can map each Digistore24 product to a specific GetResponse list. This allows for precise segmentation.

The integration does not automatically remove buyers from GetResponse lists upon refund. You can set up automation within GetResponse to handle these scenarios based on tags or custom fields.

Most (90%) of the time it's a typo'd API key or an incorrect list token. Re-paste the API key, confirm the list token is correct, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
