Setup Guide

Connect CleverReach in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

Pick CleverReach From the List Choose CleverReach from the preconfigured systems list.

Enter Your CleverReach API Details Paste your CleverReach API Key and List ID into the input fields. You can generate the API key in your CleverReach account under Account → Extras → API.

Map Your Products to Lists Select the target Group or list where buyers should be added after a successful purchase.

Configure Double Opt-In (Optional) Select whether to trigger a double opt-in email in CleverReach or add contacts directly as active subscribers.

Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm the contact lands in CleverReach with the right data. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.
