Before You Start

A Short List of Prep Work

Have these ready before you open the IPN settings and the whole connection will only take about 10 minutes.

  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • A Quentn account with an active subscription.
  • Your Quentn API key and API secret (found in Settings → API).
  • Marketing campaigns set up in Quentn, ready to receive new contacts.
  • Your Digistore24 product list is ready to map to Quentn campaigns.
How It Works

From Purchase to Registration in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the customer's email and purchase details to Quentn, instantly adding them to your target subscriber list.
  1. Step 1

    Order Placed

A buyer completes checkout on your Digistore24 funnel. Digistore24 captures the payment and clears the order.

  2. Step 2

    IPN Fires

Digistore24 instantly posts the buyer's contact details to Quentn via secure IPN.

  3. Step 3

    List Updated

Quentn adds the new buyer to your chosen subscriber list, triggering your automated welcome email campaigns immediately.

Setup Guide

Connect Quentn in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

  • 1
Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.
  • 2
Pick Quentn From the List Choose Quentn from the preconfigured systems list. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.
  • 3
Drop in Your Quentn Credentials Paste your Quentn API Key or Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding input fields.
  • 4
Map Your Products to Campaigns or Lists For each Digistore24 product, enter the corresponding Quentn List ID or Campaign Token where buyers should be added.
  • 5
Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.
  • 6
Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.
A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it lands in Quentn with the right tags, and verify the campaign starts. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The integration supports mapping standard customer data fields. For custom fields, you may need to configure additional settings within Quentn or use a custom IPN solution.

By default, refunds can trigger an action in Quentn, such as removing the customer from a list or starting a specific refund-handling campaign. Configure this in step 5 of the setup.

Most of the time, it's a typo'd API secret or an incorrect campaign ID. Re-paste the secret, confirm your campaign IDs in Quentn, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
